Registration Requirements

All certification courses must be booked in advance.
Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your seat.
Seats are limited to ensure quality instruction and hands‑on training.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to receive a credit toward a future course.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are non‑refundable due to limited seating and preparation of materials.
One reschedule is allowed per student if requested at least 48 hours before the class date.

No‑Show Policy

Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not provide notice will forfeit their payment.
A new registration and full payment will be required to enroll in a future class.

Late Arrivals

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class, as it disrupts instruction and hands‑on training.
Late arrivals are treated as no‑shows.

Licensing Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they meet state requirements for performing services taught in the course.

Supplies & Materials

All training materials needed for class will be provided unless otherwise stated.
Students are responsible for bringing any required tools listed in the course description.

Professional Conduct

Respectful, professional behavior is expected at all times.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
